We offer a range of programmes to love on migrant workers and elderly
We love by giving…
English classes
We teach migrant workers written and spoken English to help them work better. Classes are on Sundays, 5pm for Bangladeshi workers, and 7pm for Indian workers, re-commencing on 5 March 2023. Each run lasts for 8 weeks.
A certificate is issued at the end, which is helpful for them to obtain employment when they return to their home countries. Volunteer to be a teacher today! We will assist you with the syllabus.
Basic and advanced Computer classes
We teach migrant workers how to use software including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel to level up their abilities for more skilled work.
Basic computer classes are on Sundays and resume on 5 March 2023, 4pm for Bangladeshi workers and 6pm for Indian workers. Each run lasts for 8 weeks. Stay tuned for advanced computer class details.

Social activities and feeding
We provide social activities for the elderly in Jalan Besar so that they can have a community for emotional support. Free lunch is provided during social sessions to ease the needs of the elderly. Activities are held on Saturdays 10am to 12pm.
